All changes, including record create, update and delete, are available in bLIS via the Audit Log page in the admin site.

Filtering audit logs

Audit logs may be filtered by the following fields:

• Timestamp: Date and time the change occurred
• Action: Descriptive name of the change
• Actor: The user or entity (i.e. instrument) that made the change
• Accession: The accession ID, if available
• Case ID: The case ID, if available
• UNOS ID: The UNOS ID, if available

Viewing change details

The initial view of the table only describes a subset of the details, such as the name of the timestamp, the name of the change, and the actor. To view detailed change information, click on the right caret or double click the row:
