Once all results for a particular accession have been entered and validated by second user a final report can be issued and sent to the client.
A report can be generated individually for just one accession, or all available reports can be generated at once.
To generate an individual report first verify that the status of the accession is Completed
Next select the accession
You will now be able to see all testing and test results. Click Generate Report
You will now be able to see the final report, and click send.
To verify that the report has been successfully sent, you can check the status of the report, and it will show as Final
To generate a report without sending a notification, follow the same process as above, but click the Generate button instead of the Send button.
