To help laboratory staff monitor communications and status, a notification tracking system is available. This allows users to see comprehensive details of notifications sent out for any of the provided Notification types. Here’s how to view these notifications.

Getting there

  1. Navigate to the Help and Support tab

  2. Click on the Notification status button to open the notification monitoring table.

  3. A list of recent notifications will appear

Notifications can be filtered using the table headers or the Filters tab on the right side of the table.

Status descriptions

Status Description
SUCCESS The notification was process successfully and the email was sent.
PENDING The notification is still processing and waiting to be sent.
FAILED The notification failed to send, and should be retried.
