Configuring Notifications by Email Address

Each client can associate multiple email addresses with their account, and each email address can be configured to receive a distinct set of notifications. This allows for flexibility in managing communication preferences. Below is a summary of how you can personalize notification settings for each email address:

Setting up notifications:

  1. Navigate to the Admin site

  2. Select Clients from the sidebar

  3. Select a client to configure

  4. Navigate to the Notifications tab

  5. Navigate to the Admin site

  6. Select Clients from the sidebar

  7. Select a client to configure

  8. Navigate to the Notifications tab

  10. Enter email address that will receive notifications

  11. Select desired Notification types

  12. Click Submit
