bLIS supports entering results for some interfaces by uploading files. Currently the SureTyper and SCORE6 middleware for HLA results are supported.

See related documentation for File uploads

HLA result uploads

Both SureTyper and SCORE6 support exporting results to .xml format. bLIS will use the contents of this file to upload results automatically for an accession.

Prerequisites

  1. The bLIS accession ID must be in the Patient ID field.
  2. The accession ID must match the accession that is opened in bLIS. (Step 1 below)
  3. The XML file must be an export from SureTyper or SCORE6

If any of the above are not true, the file upload will error.

Uploading

Follow the steps outlined in Uploading a file to upload the results. Make sure to select Test results as the upload type.

Alternatively, the file may be dragged and dropped onto the accession view to begin the upload process. See steps below.

  2. On your PC, find the exported .xml file.
  3. Drag the .xml file from the folder to the bLIS window.
