Test orders contain all the information for a single test on an accession. Test orders are displayed in the first section of an accession along with their status or result.
Panels, test specs, and results are displayed with this structure:

Tests may be added to an accession by clicking the + button next to the “Test orders” header, or by click the accession dropdown menu, then Edit > Add tests

In both cases, the test menu dialog will appear to select additional tests.

As you can see in the screenshot above, any existing tests or panels will appear in this menu as selected, however, the checkbox and name are greyed out (disabled). This is intentional to avoid accidental deletion of in-progress or completed testing. To delete an existing test, see Deleting tests.
Tests can be cancelled at the panel level, the test spec level, or each individual result. A comment will be required to describe why a test was cancelled. A cancelled panel, test, or result may be restored if needed.
