Overview

bLIS includes a built-in feedback system that lets you report issues, request features, and share general feedback directly from the application. Messages are sent to the bLIS support team.

Sending feedback

Open the feedback widget

Click Send feedback in the sidebar, or navigate to the Help page and click Send feedback.

Choose a category

Select one of the following options:
  • Report an issue — Report a bug or something not working as expected
  • Make a request — Suggest a new feature or improvement
  • Give feedback — Share general feedback about the application

Set priority (issues and requests)

For bug reports and feature requests, select a priority level: Urgent, High, Normal, or Low.

Describe the issue

Write a description of the issue, request, or feedback. Be as specific as possible — include what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.

Send

Submit your message. The bLIS support team will review it and respond if needed.

Frequently asked questions

Verify you are using the correct email address. If you use single sign-on (SSO), sign in through your organization’s identity provider. If you still cannot access your account, contact your lab administrator or email support@blis.app.
Check that your label printer is connected and powered on. Verify the correct printer is selected in your browser’s print dialog. If labels print but are misaligned, contact your lab administrator to adjust the label template. See the label printing guide for more details.
Use the Send feedback button in the sidebar and select Report an issue. Include steps to reproduce the problem and any error messages you see.
Use the Send feedback button in the sidebar and select Make a request. Describe the feature you would like and how it would help your workflow.

Access the Help page quickly using the command menu (Ctrl+K), then search for “help”.
